C5 cinnamon sticks

Cinnamon is an essential spice that no professional spice collection would be complete without. Rich Ceylon Cinnamon C5 Cinnamon grade is a pure natural, fragrant, culinary-grade cinnamon with a sweet, warm flavour.

All of our cinnamon comes directly from our own estates and most of our Cinnamon estates are located in the southern (Matara, Galle) part of Sri Lanka. Our triple inspection process ensures only the highest quality cinnamons are sent out by checking the size, smell, and appearance before packaging in our commercial packaging.

This cinnamon grade comes in golden yellow colour with a sweet taste. Furthermore, this Cinnamon grade has good demand in the market. The C5 grade also carries a lower thickness (diameter size) compared to other grades. The diameter is approximately 10-12 mm.
