REFUND POLICY
RETURNS
Our policy lasts 15 days. We can only offer returns within 15 days from the date of shipment.
Contact us if you have any questions about our policy as it is related to your order.
The order must be unused and in the same condition that you received it for you to be eligible for a return.

We will inform whether the order is approved for refunds once we receive it and inspect it via email.
If you are approved for a refund, then a refund will be processed to your original method of payment. It might take certain days depending on the day the order is received.
If you are not approved, the order will be returned back to you.
Note that we do not refund based on nothing except an issue with the product or mistake with the order by our company. Above conditions need to be met. We have the right to reject a request for a refund. If you have an issue please email us.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
In a case of missing refunds please check your bank account first. Then contact your credit card company. Then contact your bank. It might take time to process before the refund is posted. If you did all above please contact us at info@rawspices.lk .
EXCHANGES
We replace items if the orders are damaged. If you need it replaced please email us at info@rawspices.lk
Once the order is returned we prioritise replacing over refunding the item.
Our company takes the responsibility for the shipping cost for the replaced item.
SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for the shipping costs for returns. Shipping costs are NON-REFUNDABLE. If you receive a refund the cost for shipping the returns will be deducted. Depending on where you live it will take some time for the exchanged product to reach you. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned product.
