Shipping guide

We use Sri Lanka Post economy courier service (1.5kg max per shipment), EMS, FedEx, Aramex, and DHL for our web orders. And you can choose the shipping option on the checkout page of the website. For large orders, we offer very competitive and the best shipping rates from our freight forwarding company.

We provide a tracking number for each shipment. Once your order is confirmed, we’ll process it in 3-5 days. Our carriers deliver Monday through Friday only. When your order is placed, and processing is complete, a tracking number is assigned by the shipping carrier, and you receive an email with your tracking information, in addition, you can request a photo of the package that has been shipped.

Most deliveries will be made within the usual timeframe if there are no customs delays or flight delays.

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office or local authorities to determine what these additional costs will be before you buy.
